Question: Is there an outside source that a break down how each cultural learns for teacher to refer to?

Important Fact: Best practices tell us that for teachers to establish a bias-free environment, children need to have their parents and other community members regularly involved in the classroom, not just on special occasions.
Should we as teachers do assigned seating to promote diversity in our class rooms? I have noticed in class rooms that children tend to sit with students of their same race or cultural preferance. Should we intervine for the sake of diversity?
